the equipment is suitable for coating both power batteries and digital batteries. it is based on advanced technologies, including dual closed-loop control of speed and torque, flow field analysis, large-diameter unwinding tension and nip force closed-loop control, high-efficiency and energy-saving heat exchangers, high-speed gap coating, and roller-to-roller control, achieving world-leading performance.
with excellent performance indicators such as single-side surface density precision of ±1.2%, double-side surface density precision of ±1.0%, cov ≤ 0.3%, and cpk > 1.67, it enables a high-precision, highly controllable, and stable coating process.
